30 品 天书 这件作品从动工到完成共四年多时间。整体装置由几百册大书、古代经卷式卷轴以及被放大的书页铺 天盖地而成。这些成千上万的“文字”看上去酷似真的汉字，却实为艺术家制造的“伪汉字”。它们 是由徐冰手工刻制的四千多个活字版编排印刷而成。 BOOK FROMTHE SKY Xu’s Book from the Sky is comprised of printed volumes, scrolls and pages in enlarged size, containing thousands of “words” made up of 4,000 real-looking yet fake Chinese characters invented by the artist, which were painstakingly hand-cut onto wooden printing blocks.
