全球享誉盛名的法国名厨 Alain Ducasse 即将莅临澳门，于 2018 年推出两家全新高档餐厅及酒吧。 Famous French chef Alain Ducasse is coming to Macau to launch two new fine dining restaurants and a bar in 2018. A lain Ducasse 在 国 际 厨 坛 地 位显赫，通过几十载的不断精 进，他逐步建立起一个庞大的美食帝 国。这位顶尖名厨目前执掌三家米其 林三星餐厅，分别位于摩纳哥、巴黎 和伦敦。他不仅以精湛的厨艺闻名， 还推出创意十足的餐饮理念并广受赞 誉。在澳门，他将与新濠天地携手， 在其即将盛大开幕的全新豪华酒店摩 珀斯启动占据整个楼层空间的两家 Ducasse 餐厅及酒吧。 Alain Ducasse at Morpheus 为 Alain Ducasse于澳门的首间法国 高级食府，呈献法国现代高级餐点。 室内装修由法国知名设计师 Jouin- T he name Alain Ducasse is familiar to many as the man himself has built an empire in the world of gastronomy through decades of hard work. The decorated chef is currently at the helm of three restaurants awarded three Michelin stars in Monaco, Paris and London. Known not only forhis sophisticated cuisine, he has also created innovative dining solutions and has consequently earned a stellar reputation for his phenomenal masterpieces. In Macau he will be collaborating with City of Dreams, where an entire floor will be dedicated to two Ducasse restaurants and a bar at the resort’s forthcoming Morpheus hotel. Designed by Jouin–Manku, it will pay tribute to the great tradition of Chinese gardens and communicate a deep feeling of balance and serenity to guests. Displaying an extraordinary selection of materials, the décor of the bar will be energetic and vibrant. Meanwhile, Voyages by Alain Ducasse is a new concept that will offer a unique take on Asian cuisines inspired by Ducasse’s travels and culinary discoveries over the past 30 years. The design will be an homage to raw materials such as solid wood, stone and lacquer, galvanized by vibrant colors.
