酒身呈深邃的石榴红，边缘则介乎胭脂红及绯红。香味极具层次感，徐徐散 发山桑子及大马士革李子果香，辅以肉桂、黑巧克力、烟草及铅笔屑。酒体结构 由丰富的酸度、细腻的单宁及笔直的矿物性支撑。味道严谨细致，悠悠释出黑醋 栗及桑椹子果香，配以碎叶、丁香、浓缩咖啡及木炭。口感属中等偏重，酒精度 高达15%却毫不起眼，入口初段旖旎、中段含蓄、后段绵长。 此滇产波尔多式佳酿混合90%赤霞珠及10%品丽珠，全数来自高原葡萄园。 假如盲品此酒，将其误以为波尔多左岸圣朱利安特级美酒的人，肯定不在少数。 此乃二十一世纪中国葡萄酒的巅峰之作，其窖藏潜力无可限量，需最少十年方能 达至适饮成熟度。 Saturated garnet with carmine-crimson rim, the complex nose reveals bilberry and damson for fruits, augmented by cinnamon, dark chocolate, tobacco and pencil shavings. Underpinned by profuse acidity, fine-grained tannins and linear minerality, the intricate palate unveils cassis and mulberry for fruits, enriched with crushed leaves, clove, caffè espresso and charcoal. Medium-full bodied at an unobtrusive 15%, the poised entry persists through a guarded mid-palate, leading to an elongated finish. A Bordelais blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc sourced from high-altitude vineyards. If tasted blind, one could well be forgiven for mistaking it for a Grand Cru Saint-Julien. A statement wine, one with enormous cellaring potential, which may take a decade to reach its optimum drinking window.
