And it’s just terrific to be here,” he smiles. “The main difficulty is that nobody wants to invest in short films, unless it’s commercial. And they are even harder to market. It took two years from the day we finished shooting before I could finally screen. It’s a very long journey, very long process, but it’s worth it in the end. “For me, the opportunities came as they did and you just have to do everything you can in order to find a story and turn it into reality.”
