It proved to be a surprisingly enlightening experience. “It’s hard to plan in advance when to turn the camera on, like when you have a river to cross with lots of stones – you can’t plan your path all the way from the beginning,” she smiles. “You’ll only know (the next move) when you step onto the first stone. “For me, I have to decide in the moment the best way to do so – and that means being creative.”
