Inspired by the eccentric physician Dr Fern, the establishment is rooted in his undying love for the study of botanicals and his passion for the science behind crafting the best gin and tonic. Used to treat his patients’ ailments and stress related symptoms, Dr Fern’s concoctions include gin paired with fresh local herbs and botanicals that reduce his carbon footprint. Transforming from a charming daytime business and social venue to a sultry nighttime lounge and bar, Dr Fern’s indulges guests with cocktails boasting a variety of flavors and styles – fruity, spicy, citrusy and mirroring confectionary. Those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks can also enjoy a variety of coffee and delicate small bites.
