HIGH LIFE #13 Oct 2017 93 2 013年,澳门文化局首次推出“电影长片制作支援计 划”,旨在透过财政支持鼓励本地电影工作者投入长片制 作。该计划当时从十六位候选人中选定四位导演的电影项目, 每部入选影片可获澳门币一百五十万元的辅助资金。澳门导演 陈嘉强即为其中一位。 陈嘉强所竞投的项目为《过云雨》,该片已于去年完成拍 摄,目前正在紧张的后期制作阶段,有望于年底之前与澳门观 众见面。 “目前尚未确定上映时间,10月会有些宣传,希望可以参 加12月的澳门影展。” 夏末的一天,陈导在他充满艺术氛围的家里,与《品》分 享了其首部长片的拍摄心得及对电影创作的感想。 “我的剧本是2014年10月得到政府资助,剧本阶段是我 一人创作的。2014年得到政府资助时,我觉得有一种责任, 怎样让澳门本地电影行业的专业人士有这种实实在在的工作经 验——包括为他们提供一份有薪水的正式工作。 I n 2013, the Macau Cultural Affairs Bureau launched its new Support Programme for the Production of Feature Films to provide financial support to local filmmakers. From 16 applicants, four directors were selected – each receiving a subsidy of up to MOP$1.5 million to produce and promote a feature film. Chan Ka Keong was one of those four. The local multi-talented filmmaker’s project is called Passing Rain and, having finished shooting last year, is set to be presented to Macau audiences by the end of 2017. “We don’t yet have a definite release time, but there will be some promotion starting from October,” Chan tells High Life . “We’re looking forward to participating in this year’s Macao International Film Festival & Awards.” On a summer afternoon in Chan’s artistic home, we sit down and discuss his thoughts and ideas onmaking this film, as well as the filmmaking landscape in Macau as a whole.
