To him, Henrique explains, the biggest challenge is to know the market before you take the plunge. “You need to be careful before deciding to open the restaurant and really knowwhat’s happening in Macau, what kind of customer you have in Macau,” he says. “It makes sense that you know how things work here before you just open the restaurant. “So yes, there could be the possibility, but at this stage we are still considering and looking at all the details that would be needed for a successful adventure.”
