Guests can indulge in lavish classic French dishes under the domed glass ceiling of the terrace facing the Grande Praça – a setting full of old-world European charm – or inside where the crisp white linen and hanging chandeliers evoke the elegance of French grace. AuxBeauxArts has anewmenu for the autumn, following the classic French culinary techniques and reinterpreting the conventional flavors of famous French cuisine. Signature dishes include Homemade truffle pasta, where the pasta is made in-house daily and paired with either fresh Boston Lobster or scallops; Braised beef short rib with potato puree, mushrooms and port, which takes a full two days to prepare; and Roasted chicken breast featuring selected chicken from France and servedwith buttonmushroomand porcini mushroomsauce.
