This is the first time Cartier has combined skeleton craft with its classical mystery clock design elements. The watch has a mysterious display of the hours and minutes and skeletonized bridges in the shape of Roman numerals. The palladium case is 42mm in diameter, which makes it quite generous and comfortable for most wearers.
