HIGH LIFE #15 Dec 2017 41 SOCIETY S artor Lab 是由 Victor Choi 和 Kade Chou 共同创立的 定制西装专门店，店面为黑白双色，店内款式齐全，英国 萨维尔街式全毛芯西装、二十年代美国曼哈顿式手工皮鞋、笔 挺的衬衫等等，应有尽有。 两位对度身时尚的热爱，源于 Kade 的父亲，即 Sartor Lab 的裁缝大师。早于七十年代，他已经是澳门薄有名气的顶 尖裁缝之一。 Kade 回忆道：“还记得毕业那一天，父亲来不及完成我 本要穿去毕业典礼的那套西装。无奈之下，我只好从附近的成 衣店购买了一套不大合身的西装，价钱却与我们度身定制的差 不多。” 在美国纽约流行设计学院完成设计课程后，Kade 机缘巧 合之下认识了 Victor，并决定学以致用，在澳门服装业一展拳 脚。 O perating from behind the black and white façade of Sartor Lab, business partners Victor Choi and Kade Chou know that their service resonates on dressing the part. This means fully canvassed, Savile Row-style suits, Manhattan in the ‘20s bench-made shoes, crisp shirts and much more. Their curiosity for all things dapper and bespoke was influenced by Kade’s father, who is also the shop’s master tailor – a well-established and in-demand craftsman in Macau since the 1970s. “I remember on the day of my graduation, the suit I was supposedly wearing wasn’t ready yet because my dad couldn’t finish it. I had no choice but to buy an ill-fitting suit from the closest ready-to-wear shop which cost the same as our couture suits,” Kade recalls.
