品 92 #15 2017 年 12 月 最 近十多年澳门电影业发展突飞猛 进，这当中本土电影人的自我觉 醒和努力耕耘功不可没。2016年，澳 门政府积极推动文化产业发展的重要项 目之一，澳门文化局为其旗下「恋爱• 电影馆」公开招标营运服务提供机构， 意欲为澳门的电影人和观众打造一个电 影文化交流平台。 自1999年起一直致力于拍摄及推 广澳门本土电影近二十载的拍板视觉艺 术团（“拍板”）成立公司竞投并脱颖 而出，当仁不让拿下三年合约，率先开 启了澳门机构“官办民营”的先河。 拍板由毕业于美国南加州大学电影 系的朱祐人一手创办。朱先生自言当年 辞去政府工作远赴重洋修读电影硕士， 为的就是有朝一日回到澳门拍摄电影。 在他的带领下，拍板一举成为澳门最活 跃的影像团体。成立近二十年来，除了 O ver the past 10 years, Macau’s film industry has grown in leaps and bounds thanks to the hard work and dedication of local filmmakers. Among the key initiatives implemented in 2016 by the government was a public bid to select a private entity to run Cinematheque • Passion – a cinema and film culture archive which aims to provide an exchange platform for filmmakers and their audience. CUT Ltd, a company committed to filming and promoting local Macau film, was ultimately awarded a three- year contract to run the theater house and promote local film across the city. CUT was created by local veteran filmmaker Albert Chu Iao Ian, who graduated from the University of 一直坚持拍摄澳门电影之外，同时坚持 着放映会、录像班、电影／录像节、讨 论会等非牟利性质电影推广。 在取得电影馆营运权之后，拍板延 续其高品位、高质量、高效而专业的风 格，每个月都会举办不同的专题电影或 焦点导演作品展。 自三月底正式开张，迄今已经举行 过澳门首个女性导演专题电影展、黑色 电影专题展、第二届德国电影节以及在 澳门首次公映波兰殿堂级导演奇斯洛夫 斯基代表作《十诫》、放映鬼才导演大 卫林奇以及日本当今举足轻重的导演是 枝裕和电影精选等。 此外，更配合每次专题悉心制作中 英葡三语的宣传手册，邀请专业人士撰 写影评及每一部电影简介，为观众介 绍、解读相关专题，将匠人精神发挥至 极致。 Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. Having quit his previous job with the government in order to pursue his studies overseas, Albert has worked hard since his return to make CUT Macau’s most active audio and visual association. Aside from helping filmmakers complete their projects for almost two decades now, the association also organizes non-profit promotion of films such as film screenings, video classes, film and video festivals and seminars. These efforts have only intensified since taking over the programming and operation of Cinematheque • Passion, with its new initiatives including thematicfilmfestivalssuchasa“Director- in-Focus” programme.
