An imaginative blend of Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir, made as per méthode traditionnelle. Translucent salmon pink with shimmering coral reflex, the floral nose effuses cloudberry, white strawberry, crushed shells and bouquet garni. Anchored byvivacious acidity, pureminerality and medium-fine mousse, the adorable palate emanates rosehip, whitecurrant, seashells and arugula.
