This will make it easier to franchise in the future. “From the beginning I planned to standardize this shop to prepare for the opening of new restaurants. Many people might choose to franchise their business but few can keep their same quality. However, I wanted to create Macau’s own food culture and promote it to other places. I hope I can make some contribution to Macau’s food and beverage culture through TOFF. “The big difference between running a restaurant and being a designer is responsibility. I feel responsible for those who enter our café and eat our food. Therefore I come back to the shop every day to supervise and to maintain the standard of the food. I feel like it’s my mission to provide great food to my guests.”
