To be staged in Hong Kong and Macau in March, artistic director Samuel Tétreault displays an exuberant passion when explaining how this fantastic film-like multimedia circus performance was created. Hieronymus Bosch is a Dutch artist who lived from 1450 to 1516. His paintings are fantastic in the most literal sense. Known for his incredible imagery, detailed landscapes and illustrations of religious concepts and narratives, Bosch is considered a hugely individualistic painter who provides deep insight into humanity’s desires and deepest fears.
