HIGH LIFE 91 七本鎗纯米 富田酒造始建于天文二年（1533 年），位于本州关西地区 的滋贺县长滨市。此纯米酒以百分百玉荣品种酒米制作， 精米步合比例为60%。酒身呈透彻的浅亚麻布色并带闪烁 的阳光反光，率直的香味散发蜜瓜、麻糬及水仙。酒身属 中等偏重，酒精度为15.5%，口感柔滑。味道充满农家气 息，绽放小萝卜、米通及明太子，尾段含蓄且非常持久。 常温饮用或暖饮皆可。此酒之正式分级并不高，却是极 具诚意之作，绝对值得推介，其厚重的历史底蕴亦值得细 味。 Shichihonyari Junmai Tomita-shuzo was established in 1533 in Nagahama City, ShigaPrefecture, Kansai Region. It ismadewith 100per cent Tamasakae at 60 per cent rice polishing ratio. Translucent flaxwith gleaming sunlight reflex, the candid nose presents honeydew, glutinous rice cake and paperwhite. Medium- full bodied at 15.5 per cent with a smooth mouthfeel, the bucolic palate delivers radish, puffed rice and tarako, leading to an understated yet elongated finish. Can be served at room temperature or warm.
