92 品 萩之鹤特别纯米 萩野酒造始建于天宝十一年（1840年），位于本州东北地 区的宫城县栗原市。此特别纯米酒以百分百美山锦品种酒 米制作，通过极高速加热以保留清酒本身的甘甜味道，故 属特别纯米类别。精米步合比例为60%。酒身颜色晶莹剔 透并带丝丝米白色，清爽的香味散发水晶梨、茉莉香米及 鸡蛋花。酒身属中等重量，酒精度为15%，口感棉厚。味 道浓郁饱满，绽放韭菜、白糖糕及淡菜，尾段稳健有力。 冷饮或常温饮用皆可。特别纯米类别包括琳琅满目的特别 酿制法，其数量之多犹如恒河沙数，往往是清酒行家们的 最爱。 Haginotsuru Tokubetsu-Junmai Hagino-shuzo was established in 1840 in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture, Tohoku Region. It is made with 100 per cent Miyakenishiki at 60 per cent rice polishing ratio. Transparent clear with beige hues, the refreshing nose furnishes Japanese pear, jasmine rice and frangipane. Medium-full bodied at 15 per cent with an oily mouthfeel, the saturated palate supplies chive, rice sponge and dried mussels, leading to a sturdy finish. Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
