HIGH LIFE 93 赤野潦纯米吟酿 有光酒造场始建于明治三十六年（1903年），位于四国地 区的高知县安艺市。此纯米吟酿酒以百分百土佐锦品种酒 米制作，精米步合比例为50%。酒身颜色晶莹剔透并带丝 丝奶白色，芬芳的香味散发乌梅、春笋、泉水及黄水仙。 酒身属中等重量，酒精度为15.5%，口感均衡。味道细 致而多变，绽放白萝卜、紫苏、米糠及干贝，尾段鲜味突 出。适宜冷饮。此酒可塑性极高，可配搭多种料理，可谓 全能型佳酿。 Akano Niwatazumi Junmai Ginjo Arimitsu-shuzojowas established in 1903 inAki City, Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku Region. It is made with 100 per cent Tosanishiki at 50 per cent rice polishing ratio. Transparent clear with cream hues, the fragrant nose provides ume, bamboo shoot, springwater and daffodil. Medium-bodied at 15.5 per cent with a balanced mouthfeel, the complex palate offers daikon, shiso, rice bran and conpoy, leading to a umami-rich finish. Best served chilled.
