94 品 石槌槽榨纯米大吟酿 石槌酒造始建于大正九年(1920年),位于四国地区的爱 媛县西条市。此纯米大吟酿酒混合山田锦及松山三井,精 米步合比例分别为40% 及50%,以古法压榨酒液,从而保 留其纯净味道。酒身颜色晶莹剔透并带丝丝银白色,清新 怡人的香味散发白桃、甜姜、湿石、刈草及兰花。酒身属 中等重量,酒精度为17.5%,口感优美而和谐。味道层次 鲜明,绽放莲雾、韭葱、纳豆、麦茶及虫草花,尾段甚是 鲜美。适宜冷饮。此酒风格典雅且飘逸脱俗,堪称纯米大 吟酿之典范。 Ishitsuchi Funashibori Junmai Daiginjo Ishizuchi-shuzo was established in 1920 in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku Region. It is made with a blend of Yamadanishiki and Matsuyama Mitsui at respectively 40 and 50 per cent rice polishing ratio. Transparent clear with silver hues, the pristine nose effuses white peach, sweet ginger, wet stone, cut grass and orchid. Medium- bodied at 17.5 per cent with a melodious mouthfeel, the intricate palate emanates wax jambu, leeks, natto, barley tea and cordycep flower, leading to a savory finish. Best served chilled.
