70 品 Angel’s Share 夏日高球 位于香港中区荷李活道的Angel’s Share 由调酒大师 Lok Cheung 主理，是一 家环境惬意的酒廊餐厅。顾名思义，Angel’s Share 的夏季特饮以陈年时被「天 使分成」的威士忌为主，以尊尼获加黑牌威士忌配搭自制烟熏麦芽苏打，创造出 令人眼前一亮的经典高球鸡尾酒。芳香迷人的 Lavender Cooler 则混合尊尼获 加黑牌威士忌、浓缩薰衣草液、姜汁汽水、胜狮苏打水及柠檬苦酒，配以薰衣草 和醋栗作装饰。 Angel’s Share Summer Highballs A cosy whisky bar and restaurant tucked away on Hollywood Road, Angel’s Share showcases a series of summer highballs by Lok Cheung in honor of its favorite spirit. Monochrome is a classic combination of whisky and soda with a twist – Johnnie Walker Black Label and Homemade Smoked Malt Soda. Lavender Cooler is a fragrant and smoky mix of Johnnie Walker Black Label, lavender cordial, ginger ale, Singha soda water and Bitter Truth lemon bitters, finished with a garnish of lavender and gooseberry.
