Lustrous citrine with scintillating yellow diamond reflex, the profound nose reveals tangerine peel, white peach, fennel and crushed rock. Buttressed by laser-focused acidity and steely minerality, the unfathomable palate unveils grapefruit peel, pineapple, sweet ginger and rock salt.
