114 品 陈学青回忆道，她最初学习的乐器是小提琴，而不是大提琴。年仅五岁时， 她拿起儿童版小提琴也感吃力，乐器的高音更令她感到全身发痒。她的大提琴天 赋，很快被文工团内一位音乐导师发现。其父委托一位木匠，为女儿度身制作儿 童版大提琴。如是者，她与芸芸众多乐器中声音与人声最为相似的大提琴，结下 不解之缘。随着现代市场改革席卷全国，不少文工团已逐渐退出历史舞台。士别 三日便即刮目相看，国别三旬岂不翻天覆地？ “负笈留学并吸收外国的音乐传统，对中国乐师而言极为重要。 学习乐器犹如学习外语，岂可闭门造车？” 陈学青 陈学青是一位说话直率爽朗、举止散发自信的现代女性大提琴家。她的音 乐历程，颇有一往无前的气概。她八岁起师从沈阳音乐学院李宗礼教授，未及豆 蔻之年已获得少年音乐比赛一等奖，并于沈阳音乐学院音乐厅举行个人首个独奏 音乐会。就读沈阳音乐学院附属中学时，她师从法国大提琴家大师保罗·托特里 的得意门生，日本著名大提琴家仓田澄子，并获得全国艺术院校大提琴比赛三等 奖。获北京中央音乐学院取录后，她师从王祥教授，其间获得全国首届大提琴比 赛青年组第一名，为北京广播电台录制独奏专辑，并于北京音乐厅举行由中央乐 团协奏的个人独奏音乐会。 As Chen revealed, the first instrument she picked up was the violin. At the tender age of five, however, she struggled to hold even a miniature version and somehow felt “itchy” while playing high notes. The cellist talent in her was soon discovered by a teacher at the Art Troupe and her father commissioned a carpenter to make a miniature cello, hence the beginning of her lifelong dedication to the instrument that most resembles the human voice. This is a story from a nostalgically rose-tinted yet not-too-distant past: as comprehensive reforms swept across the country, art troupes became an increasingly rare breed. “It is of utmost importance that Chinese musicians study abroad and immerse themselves in different musical traditions, since learning an instrument is not unlike learning a foreign language.” Sophie Chen Self-assured and straight-talking, Chen is a quintessentially modern female musician whose journey exemplifies a self-made person seizing every opportunity. Learning under the tutelage of Professor Li Zongli, she won 1st Prize in the Young Musicians Competition and had her first solo recital at Shenyang Conservatory Music Hall before becoming a teenager. Taught by Sumiko Kurata, a student of Paul Tortelier, shewon 3rd Prize in the National Art and Music Schools Competition and was admitted to the prestigious Central Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of ProfessorWang Xiang. 1st Prize in the National Violoncello Competition was followed by solo recital recordings for Beijing Radio Stations and solo concerts with the China National Orchestra at Beijing Concert Hall.
