[INDULGE] 夏 去 秋 来 之 际,SO Amazing Chefs 2018 于今年迈入第七 届,在索菲特曼谷酒店展开。自八年 前邀请12位大厨起,此活动已成为 年度美食盛会,汇聚来自全球八个国 家、三大洲、14间米其林星级餐厅的 21位明星大厨,并与九位雅高酒店主 厨携手展开一场非凡盛宴。 第七届盛会精心规划了七场晚宴 及七场美食活动。特色活动包括烹饪 课程、周日早午餐、干酪飨宴、生蚝 之夜、港点快闪晚宴、干酪与烧烤快 闪晚宴以及由帝亚吉欧世界级调酒师 所呈现的调酒师之夜,邀请美食家们 共襄盛举。 烹饪课程为美食家们提供了直接 向大师学习香料、糕点及巧克力技艺 的难得契机。与往年一样,一场由所 有大厨参与其中的厨艺切磋将这场盛 A s the summer season came to an end and autumn began, SO Amazing Chefs 2018 returned for its seventh year at SO Sofitel Bangkok. What began as a gathering of 12 chefs eight years ago has since grown into an annual gastronomy showcase of 21 amazing chefs and culinary maestros representing 14 Michelin stars from eight countries and three continents around the world. Together with nine AccorHotels chefs, theytakediners ona gastronomic journey that is indeed out of the ordinary. This time around, gourmands enjoyed an epicurean jackpot with the eventfeaturingsevendinnersandseven culinary activities. Cooking classes offered foodies the rare chance to learnthe artof spices, pastry and chocolate directly fromtheir respective masters. As with every year, the event culminated with a Culinary Showdown, inwhichall chefscompeted against one another in an evening of friendly culinary competition. The 30 chefs highlighting this year’s 10-day culinary spectacle hailed from more corners of the globe than ever before, with each chef bringing their own unique flair and cultural influences into theweeklong event.
