To emulate that feeling of excitement, only comparable to one’s first love, the perfumer uses the most narcotic of flowers. A flower “that invites ecstasy yet doesn’t oppress” – Tuberose, as addictive as extreme emotion. Adding to the elegant and discreet scent of the flower, the master perfumer combined notes of jasmine grandiflorum fromGrasse, absolute of jasmine sambac – used in China to flavor the rarest teas – Chinese magnolia and May rose. Lending further depth to the bouquet is a light touch of leather. The final combination is as magical as travel itself – an adventure of the senses.
